Standard Testing

Lungcheong understands that exported products must meet the strict quality standards and

safety regulations of various countries. Therefore, we place special emphasis on the testing

phase to ensure that every product meets or exceeds the entry requirements of international

markets. We have an independent physical laboratory and a professional testing team.

The laboratory is equipped with high-precision testing equipment and instruments,

which comprehensively cover the key indicators required for the export of toy and electronic

products. These tests include, but are not limited to, aging, torque, impact, swing, pressure,

transportation, temperature, and collision testing.

These testing procedures are designed to evaluate the product's durability, safety,

and stability under various environmental conditions.

In-Line Testing

During the product manufacturing process, we emphasize quality

control at every stage and have established multiple testing phases

to ensure product performance and stability. These include

lifespan testing, which evaluates the product's durability and

reliability by simulating real-world usage scenarios and

its expected lifecycle.

Fixture Testing

We use professional fixtures to inspect the product's dimensions, shape, and assembly accuracy, ensuring that it meets the design specifications.

RF Shielded Room Testing

We conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing on products inside an RF shielded room to ensure their normal operation in electromagnetic environments.

Computer Testing

We use professional testing software and equipment to conduct comprehensive performance tests and functional verification on products, ensuring they meet relevant standards and customer requirements.

Physical Laboratory
For products manufactured by Longchang, the company conducts testing in strict accordance with international toy safety standards, such as the EN71 series standards in the European Union and the ASTM F963 standard in the United States. The specific testing items include:
Mechanical and Physical Properties: Assessing the structural strength and durability of toys through torque testing, impact testing, swing testing, etc., to ensure they do not pose any harm to children under normal or reasonably foreseeable misuse conditions.
Flammability Performance: Conducting combustion tests on toy materials in accordance with relevant standards to evaluate their fire resistance and prevent fire hazards.
Chemical Safety: Testing for harmful substances in toys, such as lead, mercury, and phthalates, to ensure compliance with chemical safety requirements in various countries.
Electrical Safety: Evaluating the electrical safety performance of electronic products through insulation resistance testing, dielectric strength testing, and others, to prevent electric shock hazards.
Environmental Adaptability: Conducting temperature cycling tests, humidity tests, and others to assess the stability and reliability of electronic products under different environmental conditions.
Transportation Testing: Simulating vibration, impact, and other conditions that products may encounter during transportation, to evaluate the durability of packaging and structural design.
