Production - Automation

Equipped with CNC machining centers, SMT pick-and-place machines, precision injection molding machines,

Atlas Copco air-cooled screw air compressors, EDM machines, finished product assembly lines, and various

automated production equipment. Our manufacturing technologies cover 3D rapid prototyping, mold making,

precision injection molding, high-speed SMT placement, brake oil spraying lines, precision assembly, product

assembly, and smart warehouse management, enabling us to provide one-stop services from product

development to manufacturing. We can accommodate order volumes ranging from several thousand to

millions of units. Through our global operations, customers can maintain close control over production.

In terms of production capacity, the total floor area of the lungcheong factory is 52,000 square meters,

and during peak seasons, the number of factory workers can reach up to 2,200.

Injection Molding

We utilize advanced injection molding equipment and processes to

ensure the precise manufacturing and high quality of product housings.

Through meticulous mold design and strict control of injection molding

parameters, we are able to achieve an attractive appearance and

structurally sound products that meet customer expectations in terms

of look and feel.

We have more than 72 large-scale injection molding machines,

with a maximum monthly output

of up to 4.6 million plastic parts.

PCBA Board Production

We have professional experience and equipment for PCBA manufacturing,

enabling us to precisely produce circuit boards of various complexities.

Through meticulous circuit layout and high-quality material selection,

we ensure the performance and stability of the circuit boards, providing

a reliable foundation for the proper operation of your products.

In terms of equipment, we have 3 SMT production lines, corresponding wire bonding machines, and circuit welding instruments. Through precise mounting processes and strict quality control, we are able to achieve high-precision component placement and excellent performance, enhancing the integration and reliability of the products.

Our production lines are also equipped with automatic insertion machines, capable of accurately and quickly placing various electronic components onto the circuit boards. Through rigorous insertion processes and quality control, we ensure stable connections and normal performance of the electronic components, thereby enhancing the overall quality of the products.
