The Indonesia factory shares the SAP system with the Dongguan headquarters, which not only ensures real-time synchronization and accuracy of inventory data, but also enables seamless integration of inventory information between the two locations. Through this system, we can track inventory status in real time, including product quantities, locations, batch information, and more, ensuring transparency and traceability of inventory data.

Bonded area

Our lungcheong factory in Indonesia is located within a bonded area, where local customs officers are permanently stationed on-site to complete customs declaration and entry/exit procedures in one stop. Our customers or partners can take advantage of the bonded warehouse functions to temporarily store imported raw materials or products, avoiding the payment of import duties and value-added taxes, thereby reducing capital occupancy costs. At the same time, bonded processing can also be carried out within the bonded area, allowing profits to be generated from the tariff differences between components and finished goods, or production costs to be reduced through deep processing and transfer methods.

Logistics transportation arrangement

In terms of logistics transportation, the Indonesia factory has a professional logistics team and an extensive international logistics network. Export Customs Declaration and Clearance: For exported products, Wingchang assists customers in completing export customs declaration procedures and provides the necessary documents and certificates.
