Due to the particularity of our factory management system, there is little difference between the production processes at our Indonesia factory and those at our Dongguan base. In fact, we also have specialized manufacturing equipment in Indonesia. Below is an introduction to the production process at our lungcheong factory in Indonesia: | ||
Injection Molding We have nearly 140 injection molding machines in Indonesia, including 2 blow molding machines and 3 injection molding machines with a capacity of over 300 tons. This range of equipment enables us to produce products of various sizes and applications. |  | |
Rotational Molding We have 15 rotational molding machines and 4 ovens, which enable us to meet the production needs for doll heads and trendy toy models in Indonesia. |  | |
Decoration We have production lines equipped with various decoration methods, including spraying, pad printing, laser printing, and more, to meet diverse product decoration requirements. |  | |
Hair Weaving We have 20 hair weaving machines, which are capable of meeting the hair weaving requirements for various types of dolls and trendy toy models. |  | |
PCBA Board Production We have PCBA production capabilities in Indonesia that are equivalent to those at our Dongguan factory, including SMT lines, wire bonding machines, and circuit welding equipment. This ensures that product manufacturing standards in Indonesia are fully aligned with those of the Dongguan factory. |  | |
Production Line (Assembly) Although the number of production lines in Indonesia (19 lines) is lower compared to lungcheong Dongguan (35 lines), the overall production capacity is still fully capable of meeting export demands. |  | |
We have cleanrooms that are suitable for the production of toys and electronic products requiring food-grade standards and high levels of cleanliness. |  | |
Bubble Water Production Line lungcheong Indonesia is also equipped with a production line for food-grade safety certified bubble solution. This enables us to produce bubble toys for export that meet the safety standards of various countries. |  | |
